Question E3 of the form

Post by bajo85 » Thu Feb 09, 2017 7:58 pm

Dear respected gurus and forum members,

E3: Do you have any civil judgement against you or any civil penalty under the UK immigration acts?

Answering this question, are the applicants required to mention driving fixed penalties?

Dear respected gurus especially ZIMBA, please guide.

Driving license points are not relevant unless you went to court and got a conviction. You do not need to declare anything

Thank you Zimba

2 years ago received Fixed Penalty Notice (FPN) for driving a bad vehicle, got 3 points on licence and paid £100 fine within the time given on the FPN letter. No Court Conviction.

No need to mention?

Nope. FPN, PCN or driving license points are not convictions and do not need to be declared (unless they were given to you in a court)

Hi Zimba88,

I have similar situation, got seat belt related 'non endorsement fixed penalty' I was offered online course which I completed and didn't have to pay penalty. Do I need to declare this driving offence in my in country tier 1 visa switch application?

If any points you got on your driving license because of over speeding without court convictions. Wouldn’t that be count?
I thought any points on driving license might delay or refused your ILR
