Tier 1(Entrepreneur) Extension Approved 200K route

Following are the time scales:

Applied on 12/06/2016.
Biometric received on 04/07/2016 and submitted on 08/07/2016.
Interview invitation letter received on 25/08/2016.
Interview attended on 06/09/2016 in Birmingham.
Send email to MP on 05/01/2017 and MP wrote to HO on 12/01/2017
Visa Approved on 07/02/2017
BRP received on 09/02/2017
Waiting for my passport from HO

I have not received my IHS refund yet.
