Reminder - Upcoming Visa/Leave Expiry

I have recently recieved an automated email from Home office.

i have already made an application.

however when i try to complete my details it does not have an option for year 2017 which I need to select, date of submission of application.

has anyone else has experiences same issue?

who i can contact?
