My dependent work permit

Post by dariush_ebrahimi_ie » Fri Feb 10, 2017 2:06 pm

Hi,
I have a query regarding my wife work permit. We are in the UK due to my job and I am under Tier 2 general visa while she is my dependent. Is she allowed to work in the UK with the same visa or she needs an sponsorship for her visa?

She is allowed to work. The only restriction she has is that she is not allowed to work as a doctor or dentist in training.

Thanks for answering, but does she need to be sponsored from the company or with the visa that she has already she is allowed to work?
