What ground did you guys submit? I think the consideration time frame is depends on the ground of every individual merit.Mine was based on private family life in the Uk and child who born in Uk turned 7 in the end of last year.

Hi
Please help me

I have applied for asylum in September 2016 in Croydon. Then I had asylum substantive interview in march 2017 they I had one latter in September 2017 from UKBA saying sorry to consider your application it will still take some time. So be patient.

In December 2017 after 1 year and 3 month of application they send me one latter which IS NINO APPLICATION, means national insurance number aplication form, which I have already send them.

MY QUESTION IS I ALREDY HAVE NATIONAL INSURANCE NUMBER WHICH I HAVE PROVIDE THEM ON INTERVIEW AND MANY TIME THROUGHOUT WHOLE PROCESS. SO WHY DID THEY SEND ME NINO APPLICATION? AND WHAT IS MEANING OF THAT? INSTEAD OF SENDING YES OR NO FOR MY APPLICATION.

THANKS
Hello, have you heard anything from them yet? Were you ever asked to go do a biometrics at post office after interview ?

Can we not have this topic become yet another 'any update', 'no nothing, still waiting' posts one. When members have an update to share, I am sure they will.

Hi,

fresh claim submission - 26 sept 2017
Letter asking to report - 13 October 2017.....started reporting 24th October
Have not received any more letters, still waiting.

Those who have gone for an interview for their fresh claim, do they ask questions from previous failed applications or they just ask questions regarding the new evidence submitted only?

Ho will consider your human right under asylum application as well and you don't need to put any application and just need to put all of your evidence that your child lived 7 years in UK along with asylum application and case worker must consider refugee and human right ground, when he or she will make your asylum decision.

Hi Munirabid,

I'm a lebanese national ( maternal side is Syria ) but have never ever lived in lebanon and have no connection with the country whatsoever, even my extended family we all live in Syria for more than 100 years. To cut a long story short my asylum claim been refused and also courts rejected my appeals. I have no partner nor kids.

If you or anyone else on here know of anything that can help please share.

Thanks.

Till Jan 2017 done further submission all they refused. In August 2017 applied stateless child for maturation for my son when he became 6 yrs 2 months. And also we applied same stateless for my daughter who became 5yrs last week Now my son got British passport yesterday. So what to do now do again further submission or put flr fp???
