Hi Sheilam,SheilaM wrote: ↑Sat Jan 02, 2021 10:54 amIn your home country, do they have any facilities to treatments regarding your medical care? I’ve had a Freind who got granted as her son has Down syndrome which is severe and she feared that he would not make it if they were deported, she got granted 30 months with benefits. So as long as you have proof and medical records all is well.

Hi sha96 Yes You will get granted 30 months, after a fresh claim if they requested biometric enrolment they grant. Should hear within 6 weeks.shah96 wrote: ↑Sun Jan 03, 2021 8:12 pmHI I submitted further submission in nov 2017 and they were refused in nov 2019 without right of appeal we went into judicial review and in feb 2020 home office told us to withdraw the JR they will reconsider it in 3 months. in october 2020 they emailed my solicitor to send fresh evidence we did that and on 11 dec 2020 we received a letter to enroll biometric which i did on 17 December 2020. is this a gud thing bcz last time when they refused me they didn't asked for biometric..
Yes they start tomorrow I can’t wait Hopefully Good news throughout January.Indu2 wrote: ↑Sun Jan 03, 2021 5:30 pmHi welljohn and shilamwelljohn wrote: ↑Sun Jan 03, 2021 10:48 amHi Sheilam,SheilaM wrote: ↑Sat Jan 02, 2021 10:54 amIn your home country, do they have any facilities to treatments regarding your medical care? Since you are on full board accommodation since last 3 years so you are not eligible for the back dated payment, you should check with the Migrant Help for the increment in your weekly allowance.Tjam wrote: ↑Sat Jan 02, 2021 12:36 pmI have been in full board accommodation 3 years now, I didn't just move from initial accommodation. Am on section 95,are we also getting backdated money. My money has been increased by £8 each.Yahas76 wrote: ↑Sat Jan 02, 2021 3:22 amHi Tjam,
Hope you are fine, I guess you moved in recently from an initial accommodation ( Hotel or Hostel ) into your temporary accommodation ( House ), HO increased 3 Pounds per week for the people who are / were living in the initial accommodation from March, you should also receive the confirmation letter with the complete calculation of your back dated payment.
Hope it will clear your doubt.
Cheer's ....
Inshaallah I will update when I get a response from HO it's been long struggle for me..SheilaM wrote: ↑Sun Jan 03, 2021 9:53 pmHi sha96 Yes You will get granted 30 months, after a fresh claim if they requested biometric enrolment they grant. They definitely will ask u again, when I had my second interview I was asked to enroll biometrics, again I was asked to enroll biometrics to obtain my BRP card, look at the thread from beginning you will see a pattern of Further submissions + Biometrics later they receive good news. Those who don’t receive the enrolment normally get refused. When was the last time u heard from them welljohn ?

Hi Sheilam, Just before I applied for" PW"; recently MP and my Socilitor wrote them and they stated timescale for decision around 6 months time. Maybe reason they don't want to give PTW, but rather give me main decisions to grant soon.. Assumption on my side Sheilam. What do you think?SheilaM wrote: ↑Mon Jan 04, 2021 1:59 pmThey definitely will ask u again, when I had my second interview I was asked to enroll biometrics, again I was asked to enroll biometrics to obtain my BRP card, look at the thread from beginning you will see a pattern of Further submissions + Biometrics later they receive good news. Hi Sheilam, Also to my previous posts sent earlier. I submitted my "FS" towards end of November 2019 and approximately 1 year and 1 month plus some days now... Listen Medical grounds very soild and might be reason they are taking time!SheilaM wrote: ↑Mon Jan 04, 2021 1:59 pmThey definitely will ask u again, when I had my second interview I was asked to enroll biometrics, again I was asked to enroll biometrics to obtain my BRP card, look at the thread from beginning you will see a pattern of Further submissions + Biometrics later they receive good news. That could be a Good reason as they aware MP is involved in your case, hence they want to just complete your case. I’m hopeful this month we should all hear good news.welljohn wrote: ↑Mon Jan 04, 2021 3:17 pmHi Sheilam, Just before I applied for" PW"; recently MP and my Socilitor wrote them and they stated timescale for decision around 6 months time.
