Hi Sheilam,
I'm good thank you. Still waiting to hear from HO and hopefully soon. But what do you think if HO take time on FS decision.. It's better outcome due to time they take making the decision.

If you read the thread from beginning it’s very likely you will be granted. The waiting can be so stressful though. My solicitor even initiated that the longer the wait the better. Hang in there you are very close to the finishing line.

Hi Laureen007,

It's paramount for you to apply for support meaning payment and accommodation together but like you said I quoted.. Due to Covid19 they might still grant you payment in terms of section 4 and also you needs evidence of submission from FS units to get your section 4 payment.
Ok, I will try and apply for only the grant support and see what happens. I have the email of submission because I submitted through email.
Thank you

Hey guys,
It’s been 4 months now since I have submitted my fresh claim, I know it’s still early but when is the earliest I can email them for an update? Also I am not receiving support from them, I also live with a relative so I don’t live in Home office accommodation but because of the covid things are a bit tight and now I want to call for support, just the money part and not for accommodation, is it possible? And do they do credit check before they grant you support?
Hi Laureen007, reply to your first question... Honestly 4 months it's nothing and pretty much early to ask for update just let them write you for any update it will be good for your Further submission. Just advice through my own experienced. I hope that will help you. Good luck..
I am not looking to message them for an update just now, I just wanted to know how long it will take for me to message for update. I am just being impatient lol but I’ll try to wait, nothing else I can do anyway

OK but you can wait for 6 months then initiate up date from HO... Just my advice. Also individual circumstances depends on each case. You might be granted early you never know. Good luck.

Goodmorning folks, has anybody recently receive a reply for further submission with 7 years child application? How long did it take or what can be done to quicken further submission application. i notice that the home office is only responding to FLRfp application within 6 months since this lockdown. I have consulted solicitors as am about to make application in a month time due to what they are charging,it will really cost my family alot for flrfp with solicitor fee of 1500 pounds as i cant apply for fee waiver due to my situation.thanks

HI I submitted further submission in nov 2017 and they were refused in nov 2019 without right of appeal we went into judicial review and in feb 2020 home office told us to withdraw the JR they will reconsider it in 3 months. in october 2020 they emailed my solicitor to send fresh evidence we did that and on 11 dec 2020 we received a letter to enroll biometric which i did on 17 December 2020. is this a gud thing bcz last time when they refused me they didn't asked for biometric..
Hello Shah, do you already have an update regarding your biometric enrolment? Thanks
Hi Shah, They will give you because already make decision. That's reason want you to enrolled on biometric for your BRC.
Hello welljohn, when you did your biometric enrolment, how many days before your grant? Thanks

Dear Yahas76

I am fine, thanks, and hope you are as well. Thank you for your reply. I will write to them again. This is the reply my MP has received from HO in September for his email.

"Your correspondence is very important to us and we are sorry for the delay meaning that it is not possible to provide you with a response within our 20 day target for MPs’ correspondence. We are working to ensure you receive a substantive response as soon as possible. If for any reason we need any further information from your office / constituent then we will contact you.”
Dear madhavi16,

Hope you are fine and doing fine, yes, i understand that you tried your best.

Please send an email again to HO, i hope and pray that door will be open.

Wish you best of luck.

Cheers !!!

Dear SheilaM,

I hope that you are fine and doing great as usual, thanks for your message, much appreciated.

Please note that my substantive Interview was good and I am satisfied, they started at 9:47 a.m. and its finished at 12:20 p.m. including 20 minutes break, case owner said that maximum within 2 month I'll give you my decision, so let see.

What is your opinion about the duration of my interview, does it looks like that I will get grant ??? as interview was straight forward and I didn't felt like she is asking one thing from different angles.

Thanks for your always support and help.

Kind Regard's.
