I have made a complaint.. Praying it triggers them to respond sooner. It takes 20 days to get a reply
hope you will get a quick response. let me know the outcome Rina.
Any news on your end @Madhavi16? nothing my end just the same annoying long wait
I have received a response and my case has been rejected. I have been given right of appeal but I am so deflated. How long after appealing do I get a response? Can someone explain?
Hi Rina, So sorry to hear. But the positive side is you have got an Appel Right. Everything will be alright. be patience. I have not received any response yet. It's been already 3 months, so I lodged a complaint.
I wish you a quicker positive response. Do you know or anyone know how long it is after you lodge the appeal to the hearing date, the response from the judge and HO responding if postive? I really dont think I can wait the same as it has been with the asylum :(
Hi rina
I am also waiting to go to court and these days at least will take 6 months and then they will ask you pay court fees then you need t submit skeleton argument then they will sent you hearing day if you want you can call court and ask about updates

Hello all
Goodmorning dear friends. Please I want to make an inquiry. Even if I have a solicitor , can I also contact home office on my own regarding my claim? Thanks.

Hello guys,
My application, fresh claim is 12 months this month and I’m trying to get my lawyer to apply for work permit, fingers crossed it’s approved by God’s grace. I have checked the job list and like everyone else I only saw professional jobs but I’ve seen here there are people using it to work in care, is this ok to do? And are there other jobs I can still do and not have any issues with the home office?

Hi Guys this question is not for me but a Dear Freind, she’s a asylum seeker with 3 Kids of whom have become British under 8. She wants to know if she can apply for fee waiver and do the flr fp since it’s been 3 years not hearing from the asylum decision makers, but she doesn’t want to revoke her asylum claim. She wants to do this application by here self without a lawyer. Is it possible or she should just wait?

Thank you so much. I have now written to them. Our substantive interview was done About three months ago in June, yet the forces we are running from are still killing and detaining persons directly related to us, with ample evidence even in the internet And I have an underaged child stuck back at home. This child can only be brought to safety if God willing we get a quick positive outcome and can now apply for him through family reunion. I feel very bad and have even had the mental health treatment team at my house several time and also on medication for anxiety and depression. I wish the HO could just make a positive decision soon so that I can save my son's life.

Hi Indu, thanks for your advice, I don't think I need PAP at the moment, remember the time scale given to me was June so I have to wait until June and early July, if I didn't hear from them then I will think of chase up.
Hi Guys, I will be so grateful if someone could help me in appeal hearing.... I'm representing myself and how can I go about it please.

Hi Indu, hope you are doing well, remember I told you that a chase up message was sent to Home office by my solicitor, He wrote a message and sent to 2 different departments in Home office, one replied within 3days saying my case has being prioritize, this week the second department replied within 15days saying that decision of my further submission has being scheduled by June, honestly I am tired of waiting . Have you receive any response from your solicitor? please don't allow your solicitor to make you crazy, my pass solicitors added to my depression, if I have my way I will beat them big time.after signing legal aid there voice will change, from bullies, ,liars upon liars, shouting upon shouting, removing some documents from my fresh claim bundle when I am about to go to Liverpool to submit.giving me appointment to come to office when I get there,I will realise that He or she is off ,not given me enough advice and many more.
Hello bro, I have the same issues with useless solicitor and she discontinued my case after lodged in appeal for further submission recently. I will like to represent myself at the hearing.. its a good idea bro...

Thank you! What I did is I contacted my MP and they are the one who's coordinating with the Homeoffice directly. I think its best for you to try it as sometimes Solicitors are not that pushy and determined about everyones cases.
