Hi rina.. just follow indu2 timeline so you will know how long does it take..After court hearing the judge decion take around 4 to 6 weeks then the home office take around to respond either to grand you or challenge you.. if they didn't challenge you so then you need to wait another 3 weeks to get BRP card. It's take around 3 months from court decision to get BRP but some time it's take upto 6 months even

Hi everyone,
Hope you guys are doing good and getting a lot of positive outcomes.
Well, One of my Friend applied for asylum in 2020, He had his Substantive interview in May 2021 and since then he is waiting. It's been over a year now. How long does it take to get a reply? His solicitor asked him to just wait and not chasing the homeoffice. What is the best practice in this scenario?

I helped someone to apply under human rights to the home office. Basically he arrived here 20 years ago on a spouse visa, relationship broke down and he left the marital home. The wife then started to spread rumours in Pakistan about him being gay. He started to receive death threats from family and has never returned. He applied in February this year under the long residency. He has not been interviewed yet, just biometrics taken at Lunar House. He has been signing on regularly for the last 20 years. What are the next steps for him and is there anyway he can expedite his application to work here?

My appeal was allowed 8 weeks ago. Still haven't received my BRP. My lawyer has emailed them a few times but nothing. Any ideas anyone on what to do if you have experienced this before or know someone who has? They are so frustrating as though I haven't suffered enough.

This group is so quiet. Is it still active?
Has anyone applied for a travel document? How long did it take to arrive?

I wonder if you can help me again. Is there a topic on this? I am wondering if my employer will see my refugee status when they check if I have right to work. I have no idea how this is displayed but I had hoped that my status is private and it just displays the length I am allowed to work. Many thanks in advance.

Hi there...
My fresh claim application will be 2 years next month. I emailed the home office and they replied saying they will make a decision within 6 months or earlier if it allows them. My son recently registered as British and my solicitor sent them the registration certificate and also asking them to make a decision. They have now again replied that my case is now being prioritised. If anyone here had their case prioritised, can I ask how long it took before they got a decision from the home office?
Can't wait till all this is over... been too long

Timeline and Processing pace differs. Be on it and keep regular enquiry on progress even if this does not hasten it

Yes I know timing differs with each case, just wanted to hear others' experience.

Hi,
I actually only just applied today. My lawyer said that they have been responding to applications after 2 months so I am guessing yours maybe soon.
