Hi,
Trasfered from ireland with dublin 2, and claim asylum on airport jan 2013, asylum and appeals were refused in 2013, then made futher submission in august 2018 on little son medical base and private life, one child is 4 years and 4 month, and other child is 5 years and 10 months..
last 3-4 years was on singing every 6 months, and from couple of months ago they changed the sign every 2 weeks...
And getting section 95 support as well.
any idea is there any chance our further submission will be accepted and how long its take for the futher submission decision ?

My cousin made an application for asylum which included a human rights application , following a number of correspondence from the HO he has now been asked to attend a Contact Management Event, does anyone know what this might mean

That means he needs to go for reporting to the nearest reporting centre.

Done Fresh Claim on 12/02/18

got sent a couple of letters,

questionnaire received in June 11/18

Letter requesting more evidence received in July 26/18
( letter was stated that i had an outstanding article 8 claim and i needed to provide more evidence to help continue with my case)

Biometrics Letter received on 23/08/19 from Refuse Case Management. RCM

Biometric Enrolled 28/08/19

Received Dl letter 12/09/18 Granted 30Mnths

Hi guys, if anyone can help please?
Came in uk 2009 and claimed Asylum , the home office didn't believe my claim but they gave me 2years leave to remain as I was 15 years old, Up to 2011,

and applied for extension fLR, home office refused 2014 without notifying me or my layer, once I knew all appeals expired,

2015 asked to report at London Bridge and I went to report few times and I have stopped reporting for medical reasons
the HO kept writing me with threatening to report, I wasn't able to Send them any letter from the doctor, So stopped reporting,
August 2016, received letter from UKVI asked for 4 passport photographs
And any form of id to send it to UKVI, I send them but not on time,
I was hoping for a good news that time but called the home office they said your case is with further submition Liverpool was only update, they kept me sending letters to report at Ho, every 2 weeks,

September 2017 I have submitted a fresh claim at Liverpool by post as my medical evidence, end of September 2017 they send me a letter saying your fresh claim is with the decision team, we will get your decision on papers in due course,
is been one year waiting I didn't send any letters to them so far I'm really frustrated and worried , called my layer he is saying that your case mite be with refuse case management team RCM


Please any one of you share your experience is 1 year waiting

I think you get Bio matric Letter soon bcz of children almost spen 7 year live in uk InshAllah my pray for you.

To go to report every week afterwards

Hi zeeshan, I'm alone, I have submitted fresh claim on private life article 3 medical evidence and article 8 private life is been 13 month waiting for decision the waiting time is killing me, they haven't invited me for interview nothing
My solicitor said you have to wait without sending them any letter
What do you think good sing or bad????

yes i am reporting every month and now HO suspended my reporting till December

if Ho stop then its ok and if you stop then its problem but Normally HO send letter for reporting after further submission ,
