I was told at my screening interview that if they send me a form to fill to make sure I send it back asap within the 10days. The form I received asked me to add or remove any more information towards my application. Is this the one you are both talking about? I was never told that if you receive this it doesn't mean you will not have a interview. I received this form a few days after the screening. I also received a letter 2weeks ago acknowledging my case and that when they get a date available for my interview they will get in touch.
Please tell me if you all received the same as above.

I am confused as to what is going on with how the process works. I have checked my records and it is not the preliminary questionnaire I received so I was confused. It is the initial contact and asylum registration form plus the additional grounds form. I think these are mandatory shortly after the screening interview. I have not received a biometerics letter or second interview letter.
My case is based on human rights, no children and no partner so application is based on me alone.

When did you have your screening interview? How long after did you receive your Biometrics letter?

They grant without second interview? I have not heard that. I have heard they use information provided in the preliminary questionnare to help them at the second interview to question you.

@rina. ...my lawyer told me they may not invite me for the main interview base on the human right I have in uk because he told me they don't give people asylum again but if you have human right in uk like kids and partner they will grant 2.5 year instead of give me 5 year for asylum .. you understand me now because they grand human right 2.5year 30 month of you have kids that is 7 years in UK or kids that have British passport or partner and you can give them evidence..then they grant 2.5 year instead of 5years asylum

when they send me letter to do pay application and my lawyer ask me if I have money and I told my lawyer I don't have money. he send letter to HO that I want asylum.. so I won't pay any money if I do asylum and they send letter for biometric at post office...and my lawyer told me if they don't respond to me for 6 month he will now right them letter for update.

Have Been waiting for a month since screening.
I got the questionnaire on the day of screening. I think they shorten the procedure now.

It's long waiting time sadly...
They also acknowledge my case but nothing further.

I have been given permission to work but it is useless?

Why because first of all it's only jobs within a very restrictive list I can work for
secondly, I don't have the right to open a bank account so I need to find an employer who pays wages in cash (which is impossible)
Thirdly, I do not have the right to rent so I have to rely on S4 support or living with friends even if I find a job with a good salary.

if you have the fee to pay it perfect and it also fast things but if you don't have the fee to pay you will claim asylum and it slow things but you won't pay any fee . but if you have money to pay it best ok

Hi Moore100. Thanks for your response. But as far as I know asylum mean if I have problem in my native country. But if I have british partner and kids. It does not show that I have problem in my native country. Please explain me bit more. Thanks you again

yes ..you are right but in asylum they chicken everything around the applicant if you have tyre...i mean they consider human right and private life inside asylum ok.. if they see your asylum case that did not fee for asylum they will refuse asylum and check if you ha e human right in uk which they can consider and they will grand you 2.5 year instead to grand you asylum 5year. they look at every article inside asylum ok ... asylum not just for prosecution...they look if you have kids or partner inside asylum and you can read the forum from 1 to 28 and you will see many people did asylum fresh claim base on their kids who is 7years in uk and they grand them (article 8) ok

if you claim asylum you can just tell them any story which you know and you will include your human right also which is your partner and kids and they will consider that when they want to make decisions and grand you 2.5 year instead of 5 years ok because they grand human right 2.5 year and they grand asylum 5 year .. people's just use asylum so they won't pay and they will look at the human right inside asylum ok
