Where you given an ARC card? if so you can use this to get treatment. Just show it to them. That is what I was told when I registered my claim

Hi Everyone,

Brief summary about my issues

Came here to study in 2010 finished and returned home in 2013, returned again as a visitor on a 2yrs visa, b4 expiry of that visit visa i switched to a tier4 dependant visa which was valid from 2016 and b4 expiry of that my previous employer offered me tier2 sponsorship but unfortunately issued me with a wrong COS which caused alot of problems for me, since Dec 2017 they tried to rectify it but at that time there was so may issues with Tier 2 visas, So in Jan 2018 in was stopped from working and after so many failed attempts of applying for a new COS by my employer, so my solicitors advised me to put in FLO application since i and my family wasnt able to return to my home country as it wasnt safe especially for my daughter which I did, then in Dec 2018 the HO sent a letter advising myself and family switch our application to an asylum claim which we considered and made in Jan 2019, in Feb 2019 we got a letter granting us permission to work but mine has a clause - I can only do jobs on Shortage of occupations while my Mrs can work based on her pervious status which is tier4, so at the moment she can work Full time as she graduated/ done with her MSC. In March 2019 they sent us Pleminiarly questionaire which we filled in and returned and haven't heard anything from them till now ..

Does anyone know how long the process takes to be invited for the main asylum interview ?

I have a daughter who is 5yrs she was born here ...and a son who is just 9months also born here

Please anyone with similar experiences?

Hello moore100

Yes my Mrs is reporting once every month since Feb 2019...how come they are wasting so much time to get back to us?

I have right to work but cannot work due to only permitted to do jobs on Shortage of occupations..this is so frustrating.

Hi again moore100

I just went through your previous comments, did you say one can do care jobs if I have permission to work as an asylum seeker? Where did you find this if I may ask, just curious.

I have valid NI number, Drivers licence & Bank accounts, as I have lived in UK for a while though

Share your thoughts plz

you can do care job because I know someone that just apply for permission to work and he use the permission to work open NI number and open account also.. and he apply for care job they accept him full time because career alway need people to work? it luck? and he also doing cleaning job with agency's. and the care job is agency's as well. I don't understand while they delay us oooo. wait kill bro. when they see you illegal immigrants they treat us like animals because of document. and you not reporting at all. see that my friend still waiting for decision since over 18 months till now he never get decisions. His lawyer write to them and they always ask for more time to give decision with his MP. I do flr o to home office and they rejected it that I should go for asylum since I have problem back home. since December am on it. finger across bro.. Allah will help us out .Amen.

Hi Moore100

I have been feeling very reluctant to apply for any jobs since there is a clause on my right to work which says I can only do jobs on Shortage of occupations, I do not want to do anything wrong to jeopardise my chances of been granted if you get what I mean,

Moderator, please can you shed more light on this query ?

@...Capt0314172 ..they have not yet call me also and it about 10 month plus, I claim I asylum and am still looking maybe I will withdraw the asylum and put in pay application under human right? article 8? but one lawyer told me they may not call me for full interview and they will use the PIQ they sent to me that I fill and sent to them with all the evidence I include to make decisions on human right claim? since they don't grand asylum for people again ? they grant only article 8 on asylum (2.5year) .

@moore100. ....Ok if you are going to withdraw your current asylum claim and make a fresh Human rights application ..then I'm assuming you have children born in the UK and have lived here for 7yrs and over right ?

@moore100. ...HO advised I switched my discretionary leave application to an Asylum application since some of the reasons I stated constituted one it was close to a yr before they suggested this, so we did...we have always made an in time application so no gaps at all ....we have a good immigration history. ..

I have 2 kids and both were born here ..

Daughter just turned 5yrs today

&

Son is just 10months old

hi

I got leave to remain after 19 months wait , so you need to wait and let me know when you came to this country? How old your children? and how long they are in the UK and what base of your further submission and home office simply refusing protection base grounds and you have only chance if your children lived in the UK for 7 years or more.

@munirabid...are you trying to say the HO is only granting people who have kids that have lived here in the UK for 7yrs and above? Hence rejecting protection grounds

Kindly clarify please

hi bro

you have very less chance to get leave to remain and dont push home office to give you a decision and if home office delay its better for you, I seen a family deported last week and their kids spend 6 and half year in uk but home office deport them after their Jr application refused. So dont push home office. Home office normally refused further submission with out right of Appeal.
