Hi everyone
I applied for asylum all appeal rights exhausted then did my further submissions in Liverpool on child 7 year route got 4 children one uk born and three back home all been here for over 8 years. I did my further submissions on 22 November 2018 no contact from home office after that . I live in home office property and getting Nass support . Someone told me that they only take 2-3 months if you are on Nass and apply via child 7 years route , anyone can help.
I am stressed and guidance will be highly appreciated thanks

Hey just to let you know the outcome of my application. I got granted Leave to Remain 2.5 years in February but received response for my claim and biometric cards beginning of April( its written the date I was granted in Feb) All in all i would say the whole process took 2 and a half months. Hope you had a positive outcome as well. Keep us posted
Can you share your timeline please

Hi guys, how are you all. I am new here. I claim asylum last year main and did my interview October last year but I was asked to do my biometric a week before my big interview. Is 7months plus now that I did my interview and still nothing yet. All together is 1 year and a month that now I claim asylum. I want to ask if it will be ok for me to apply for permission to work? It will be 11 years that I come to uk. I have 3 children all born in uk. my first child was 7years in April 1st and I Pray I am granted soon as the waiting is killing.I am currently studying and I am confused if I apply for permission to work will I still be entitle to benefit when I am granted bcos I am going to apply to university next year and worry if applying for permission to work will not affect me when I am granted? Pls I need advise from anybody that have experience. Thanks

You can only get permission to work if there’s been no update on your application after a year so you don’t qualify.

Hi GuerillaMethod
Did they refused your futher sumbtion without right to apeal rights and how long they take to give answer for free action protocol please let me know thanks
They have neither refused nor accepted.
They haven’t made any decision at all.
They took 3 weeks to respond to pre action protocol.
GuerillaMethod
Hi
That’s mean your futher sumbtion refused without right of appeal right so after that you can do pre action protocol I did like 3 weeks ago that’s why I was ask you thanks
hi indu
home office hardly accepting new evidence , they just didn't accept and wrote their is no chance of success, I made further submission on base on asylum and family life in the UK because my child spend 7 years in UK , Home office refused Asylum grounds without Right of Appeal But Grant me 2.5 years on Family life in the UK.
Hi munirabid
I was lodged my jr last week how long will take give decisions and Do you know any thing about jr please let me know munirabid
