They have neither refused nor accepted.
They haven’t made any decision at all.
They took 3 weeks to respond to pre action protocol.

hey, so after waiting a year from FSU ( Further Submission Unit ) in Liverpool decision, i applied for 'work permit' and received it like a week ago after 2 months of waiting. so now i applied for NiNo and waiting for it.
What i want to ask is,
- someone told me that if i work like a year in legal with pay slips in UK, i can apply for ILR after if there is no decision yet by FSU. Is that true, anyone knows anything about that? I checked gov.uk for ILR requirements but couldnt find anything about that.
- can i apply for DVLA with work permitted ARC?
Edit: mistyped word.

You need 5 years from date of refugee/asylum approval before you can apply for ilr. There is no 'one year route because you are working'!

Hi all, I applied for asylum in 2016,it was refused and all appeal right exhausted. I applied for fresh claim on the basis on my child's health,it was refused last week with no right to appeal. The solicitor said they will apply for pre action protocol then JR if refused. I been here just 5 years. I go to sign monthly then it change to 6 monthly. Is anyone in the same situation. Please someone advice. It's very frustrating

I have just missed a delivery from DX ..I opened the letter and it says :
We have an urgent delivery for you that requires a signature to ensure your UKBA - BRP package is delivered to you securely. To arrange a delivery that is convenient to you, please contact DX within 48hrs of receiving this letter
Please anyone with an idea of what it could be?
Asylum interview was done 28th May
Thanks

no one can be sure about that right, it might be your new ARC, letter of signature dates, BRP if you applied work permit or just a letter that for screening?
Arrange it again and write a note your phone number that let them call you when they arrive.

What kind of questions do they ask in the interview? I have been asked to go lunar house in Croydon. I just want to have an idea before I go in. thanks
