Family members of Tier 1 (Entrepreneur)-Maintenance funds:
If the Tier 1 Migrant is outside the United Kingdom or has been present in the United Kingdom for less than 12 months, you must show that you, the Tier 1 Migrant, or (for children) your other parent who is also legally present in the United Kingdom have at least £1890 to support you.
If the Tier 1 Migrant has been in the United Kingdom for 12 months or more, you must have £630 to support yourself.
What do they mean (present in the UK for less than 12 months, and present in the UK for more than 12 months)?
You know that the applicant has 3 years stay in the UK, he is automatically stayed more than 12 months, or they mean he has to stay in the UK 12 months or more before application date, what about he if he left the UK for a period to his back home before application? Will his stay be less than 12 months?
What is the 12 months they talk about,
1-Is it from the first entry to the UK?
2-Is it from the last entry to the UK?
Please advise
