DLA claim and Permanent Residency

Post by zoe70 » Tue Feb 14, 2017 2:55 pm

I am a Eu national, self-employed, I have a chronic condition and on the basis of that I have been awarded DLA. I am now in the process of applying for Permanent Residency and I have to supply lots of documentations about my self-employment. One of my clients is very willing to support me with a letter, but they are not aware of my condition and disability, nor I want them to know.
I am happy for the Home Office to contact the client for references, but I don't want the client to know about my situation. Is there any likelihood of the Home Office to pass this information on to my client?
