Only those extended family member who in the country from which they have come, have been dependent or member of the household of the EU citizen, having primary right of residence, and upon return to the UK, continue to be dependent or member of the household of the EU citizen, will be entitled to a residence card.

ermmm sorry but kinda having difficulty to understand your point, would explain it in a bit more detail please?
