Post by Samir1979 » Wed Feb 22, 2017 11:31 am

Hi, i am new to this platform. Appology if i didnt manage it well.

I came to uk jan 2000. Applied asylum but refused. In 2015 got limited leave to remain expiring in dec 2017. My daughter is british and my wife is british. Can i apply for ilr in dec 2017?
Bit confused about which form or visa i should apply for.

You require 5 years LEGAL residence before you will qualify for ILR.

You will need to apply for an extension of your visa.
