Regarding spouse visa

Post by makpatel » Wed Feb 22, 2017 8:50 pm

Respected sir/madam
I've got ILR and I'm thinking to getting marry to Indian girl and get her spouse visa but as per my contracted hours 39 hours per week I earn £16,568 but requirements is £18,600 so how much savings I have to show? And does my overtime count coz it shows in my payslips? And my last 2 year P60 shows I'm earning more then £18,600.
Thanks in advance.

18600-16568= 2032×2.5=5080+16000=

21080 you need in saving to cover the shortfall of 2032

Your 2 years old wages even if it's meeting the requirement won't qualify. You seems like on fixed salary so better to use your saving to cover the shortfall.
