AR failed. T2 new Application within 14 days

Dear Moderators and Forum Guests,

I appreciate your advice to make things right this time)

Short story:
I'm in UK. Studied Sept 2015-2016. Working Oct 2016-till now
T4 visa expired 21/02/2017;
T2 application failed 23/01/2017;
AR for T2 failed 21/02/2017

Reason: wrong hrs specified in CoS (40 instead of 37.5), silly typo.

Please confirm if now I can process a new on-line T2 application within 14 days since 21/02/2017.
New CoS to be issued.

Shall my employment contract be terminated or I can just have a leave?
What shall be written in new CoS in terms of working 3 years period? Since when shall it start?
