If they find another suitable settled candidate during this interview, then they should offer the job to that candidate. Also, I believe they should be interviewing you again with other candidates on order to have a fair RLMT.they will conduct interviews as well but not mine.
Yes it will be a problem, as the employer cannot offer more than what was mentioned in RLMT.I just notice that in the RLMT they mentioned 28000 maximum pay. So, If they pay me 30000 would that be an issue as well or not?
I am not sure on this, wait for seniors to respond. Actually, no clear instructions have been issued by UKVI on this. All I know that they said from April 2017, the minimum salary to Tier 2 visa will be 30,000 at least. If they assign COS with 28,000 before 6th of April and I apply for the visa after 6th of April then that would be an issue as well for salary. am I right?
ThanksIf the appropriate rate is £30,000 for a 39-hour week (£769.23 pro-rata) and the
applicant will be paid £29,000 for a 37-hour week (£29,000/37 = £783.78 pro-rata),
the salary should be pro-rated as this would mean an application which would
otherwise, fall for refusal may be granted.
