I hope I can use this thread as my query is related. I am due for an extension application.
My first 2 years annual company accounts/tax returns (submitted to companies house, HMRC) does not have specifics indicated by HO such as my Name on DL account, compilation notes etc.
My 3rd year end accounts ending Jan 2017 is being prepared. Will it suffice if just this last set of accounts includes the specifics such as Directors name on DL account, compilation report etc or should I request my Accountant to amend the previous 2 years accounts too to be HO compliant?
Can someone please advise?
