Vish79k wrote:Also please tell me your timelines for receiving your refusal . You did say dec 2016 applied and received feb 2017

What dates please. Just to get an estimate on weeks. Iam currently on my 10th week. Iam hoping to hear anytime from now to next two weeks.

and also just in case I receive a refusal on similar grounds what do you advise for my options please?
Hi Vish79k

I applied December 2016
Exceptionally complex letter Jan 2017
Refusal Feb 2017 (9 weeks from application)
Administrative Review Feb 2017 (within 14 days of refusal)
Administrative review refusal March 2017
Fresh application April 2017 (within the 14 day period)

I believe that the RTI FPS format is key, that is what I was refused on if you read this thread from the first page, you will find all the information. When I put in my fresh application, I had the same exact format as the link that Zimba provided.

Is P11 Paye and P11 NIC important documents to submit ?

I wa sjust going through sample reports on your cases submitted by Zimba and others . Iam beginning to worry as I have a feeling my P11 submissions doe snot show complete data for teh employees Iam trying to claim points for . Iam not sure . Just wa slooking at the document and didnt understand as one employee has about 10 ref units and other only 7 .

WIth regards to FPS mine does not look anywhere closer to what this link below

http://www.moneysoft.co.uk/images/pm/de ... 47x957.png

Mine was auto generated every month and looks Not okay . I shall confirm with mya ccountant today .

Could you please confirm between P11 and FPS which is more important ?
and also If my data seems to be incomplete can I submit them now while my decision is still under process?
Or do i have to just wait for my decision please?

Can I update HO with more docs during the process? Or do you think Ho will consider as minor omisson and ask for the documentation ? or should I send before they ask please advise. Zimba if you can help with regards to this query please?
It doesn't matter what your RTI FPS looks like, as long as it contains the information that is required by the Home office, So basically if you're format is different than the link you sent above, but still has all this information then you should be fine.

If there is a refusal, depending on grounds for refusal you could always go for an Administrative review or correct whatever it is the issue was and submit a fresh application.

Good luck and let me know how you get on.

P11 is not the same as FPS report. You must send FPS submissions or Software generated FPS reports.

The RTI FPS submissions have to show total NI/Tax paid for each employee. Payslips and P11 are separate documents and are not to replace RTI FPS. You need to have the right information which is available in the Moneysoft link above

Just updating this as well.

Officially been 10 weeks since my fresh application was made to the home office and 4 weeks since I received my complex issue letter .

Still waiting on a decision - fingers crossed that my approval comes through soon.

Hope you hear back soon.

Do you still have to report every week?

@sm12 - thanks for the words of encouragement. I'm hoping that I will get the good news soon.

Yes I still have to report to Becket House on a weekly basis, been doing that since April 1st - no change there.

Still waiting. Haven't heard back since my complex letter issue back in May ... hoping to hear back in October, which would be the 6 month mark.

A lot of people have touched the 6 month mark including myself. Call from MP office and couple of emails from myself did not work at all ! I actually emailed the day my 6 month of application completed saying a "gentle reminder" and that complexities (as per initial email.,,,no letter) should have been cleared by now :D

That's disappointing to hear. I was keeping the MP scenario up my sleeve as a last resort.

It is quite frustrating to wait endlessly, not knowing where or how or when your approval will come through. I feel for you.

That is just inexcusable, I do not know how they can possibly justify this timeline. Particularly with zero communication as to what is going on.

In my case, I applied got refused because of RTI format but aced all other categories. I went for AR and it was refused. So I made a fresh application with all the SAME documents and corrected the RTI format. So you'd think that since I aced all categories, they would just review the RTI and approve me.

Here's hoping that my approval comes soon and that your does too. Good luck

I have passed the 6 months mark since i sent in a fresh application.

I contacted my MP a couple of weeks ago to chase the home office and called back today for an update, they haven't even sent out a request to the home office yet as they are "snowed under". They also indicated that the home office is taking their time these days to respond to queries from MP's as they themselves are also very busy.

Very frustrating to feel suspended with absolutely no leverage or way to get a case update.
