I'm really worried about my original documents as it's been 45WD since biometric and have not received them back yet. Normally HO return documents in average 15-20WD from the date of confirmation email.
Anyone here facing the same situation?

This topic is for spouse visa from Russia/Belarus. The process for supporting documents varies per country.
TLScontact in Kyiv did not ask my wife about her IHS number, and were not interested in seeing the IHS payment confirmation when offered to them.
Blightly, thanks a lot for the information.Blighty wrote: ↑Sat Jun 23, 2018 9:10 amTLScontact in Kyiv did not ask my wife about her IHS number, and were not interested in seeing the IHS payment confirmation when offered to them.
From the webpage https://www.gov.uk/healthcare-immigrati ... cation/pay ...
"If you’re making an immigration application online you pay the healthcare surcharge as part of the application process. You must complete the payment and return to the online immigration application in less than 30 minutes."
My wife's visa is still ongoing ... Today (26/06/18) is 20 working days after biometric appointment, and the documents have not been returned yet.
