Hi, I am applying citizenship and passport together through NCS.
Please confirm regarding fees payment by debit card, Will NCS deduct fees at appointment or how do I provide card details to passport office as there is no fees page to mention card details.

No they don't.
how do I provide card details to passport office as there is no fees page to mention card details.
Fill in the fee leaflet for form AN, Last Page Here (click). For Passport, the fee leaflet is the last page in the guidance booklet that you get with the form from the Post Office.
