Hi all,

I have a question.
That is, how many apply Paragraph 39E 2?

My appeal has finally determined and it upheld the decision.

Now I would like to make further leave to remain application under paragraph 39E 2 ( Exception of Overstayer).

If this application refused again and if I make new application within 14 days of the refusal, then will the Paragraph 39E apply again?

I am lawfully resided in the UK 9 years 7 months ( all leave was lawful).

4 months away from the 10 years lawful residence.

Look forward to see your kind response and help.

Thank you.
people saying ahmed new case law will be trouble. but recently new court of appeal decision came in houque vs ssh . which can overturn ahmed law which excellent news. home office guidance saying we will ignore 14 days overstayed period but the best thing to do is go and see a good reportable barister because its worth it and you are only few months away from 10 years lawful residence
Thank you very much brother for your information. I have contacted with the Local MP, will that help for me?
Most times involving MP helps. They have contact directly with the highest offices in government and can therefore reach beyond where applicant/sponsors calls and mails reaches to get pertinent information on the status of an application.
Thank you Brother.

When I applied in October 2018 I didn’t mentioned it that time too but I was refused on other grounds I won appeal and they give me the visa.now I don’t know what to do my finger print appointment is on Wednesday and don’t know what to do I can’t amend the application now

Did you upload your supporting documents yourself and have you submitted them? If so, you can put what you need to add in a covering letter and this can be uploaded at the biometrics. They may charge for this.

Yes everything uploaded and submitted but I draft another declaration statement and mention my fixed penalty points I didn’t know it’s count towards criminal record I was confused but now hopping for the best I will submit that tomorrow

Hi all .
I also applied for FLR FP for the first time .
DOA: Aug14.2020
Invitation email for BRP: sept28.2020
With the email attached where to send the supporting documents, mine was in Sheffield.
I have a solicitor who’s receiving the email from home office.solicitor forward the email to me Oct4.2020, same day I booked free BRP appointment at ssc Croydon for oct28.2020.
BRP taken: oct28.2020 , ssc Retained my passport with them, luckily I didn’t post all my documents yet to Sheffield office. After my biometrics done I post the documents to Sheffield office. Yesterday they received it through my recorded post via Royal Mail.
From today I don’t received any emails yet from them. My question is , is there’s any one who experienced the same as mine that they kept the passport in ssc Croydon after your biometrics? And do you think how long will it take for me get a decision? I applied for myself first as a parent of my 7 years old child as I couldn’t pay for both of us? Do you think my application will succeed? Without my dependant who’s the one carries me for this application? And in case I succeed? Do I still need to pay the same application for my child to get her a visa? Thanks in advance
Hi,
I applied for FLP/Fr under my 3 British children since April 26th .
Biometric May 29th
I am yet to hear from the Home Office.
Praying and waiting, hopefully soon.

Hi all,
My partner applied for FLR (FP) today. Paid + IHS, the application seemed to go smoothly.

The last time we applied for extension was with paper forms and posting for the supporting docs.
It's only with checking these useful boards that the UKVCAS service came to light.
With this new fangled system I was expecting some kind of link or message to alow us to submit evidence but alas we had nothing.

How does one know both where and when to upload? Should we expect SOPRA to contact us?

The UKVI service was very poor at informing us what to do!
If anybody could just ease my mind as to the steps going forward I would appreciate it.

Regards
[/quot

I had the same problem too.. you can upload your documents and send it to :
SSC-FHRU@HOMEOFFICE.GOV.UK

I did the same and they have booked me in for biometrics enrolment at Solihull service and support centre for Thursday. I hope it helps.
Hi Paute,
You need to wait for email from UKVI. They will instruct you if/how to do biometrics and send supporting documents.
@rainbow66 did you hear back from home office?

We've heard nothing from Immigration yet. Still checking E-mails waiting for the OK from them to submit docs to UKVCAS and move forward.

Thanks for asking, and I promise to update when we get that E-mail.

Hello mate have u received any acknowledgment letter from home regarding your application I posted my docs but haven’t received any acknowledgement.Kindly get back to me thanks
Hi Heartbreakkid,
I sent my documents by email. But I post my passport and haven’t received any acknowledgement.did you also send passport?
As far as I know you don’t need to send passport or post documents unless UKVI have asked you ? If they need any further documents they tell you to email them.
Hi
I posted my documents because ukvi gave me the option to send them via email or post.so it was a massive bundle so I posted them but I retained my passport n brp.But haven’t heard yet from home office.
