Depends on what address you indicate it should go to in application. Most times when solicitor is used except otherwise stated correspondences are directed to the solicitor.

Most of the applications decided between 24 to 26 weeks. I think your application’s decision must be on its way. Please do update when you get any news . Good luck

I submitted my FPR(FP) 3rd extension online on 6 April 2021
had Biometric fingerprint taken on 30 April 2021
have heard nothing since .... (no reply email or request for further documents, just simply a complete silcence).
I am still waiting for the decision.
I wonder if it is normal processing time? What shall I do next? I shall be grateful if anyone could help or share some experience.

Hi, I applied on the 18.March 2021 and no luck yet, I went on the website gov.uk and complaint about the service it was just on Monday 08.11.21 they haven’t replied I literally have no idea what to do I have been waiting for such a long period now, I also contacted my MP but they told him due to the pandemic the time frame was unknown.

Yes, sure will do. I wrote to my MP and he replied the next day and said he had notified my concern to the Home Office and is waiting for HO's reply.

I did mention to the MP that I’m switching my spouse visa to a parent visa and I need my visa ASAP so I can access benefits that I’m financially struggling he said he asked them to Put a note on my case that a decision needs to be reached because I’m financially struggling, so will see I really hope it’s before New Year’s Eve it would be amazing.
