Came to the uk in 2007 with an eea family permit (5 years) went off the rail in 2012 and had some criminal record but no imprisonment. I didn’t qualify permanent stay as eea member because I wasn’t staying with my eea family . Met my British partner, moved in and we had a son of which I decided to apply for discreational leave to remain as a parent of a British citizen but was refused in 2015. After seaking advice I was told to apply for flr fp with human right included and I was awarded with a partner route for 10 years.
Congrats, there’s hope that we shall not wait in vain!Papasee wrote: ↑Thu Nov 09, 2017 10:38 amJust received all my documents back and a decision letter granting me 30months leave to remain .
