Did you download a copy of the application so you can check if you perhaps ticked something incorrectly?
Highly unlikely that UKCVAS messed up as you would have submitted the online form before your had the biometrics appointment.
Yes, we did. We've just been through again - we've happy with the responses. However, both forms for FLR(M) and FLR(RP) are the same. There are two that gave us pause for thought:
We answered no and secondly;Is this the first time you have applied for a partner route, or an extension, with your current partner (including as a fiancé(e) or proposed civil partner)?
We answered:Please choose the reason you are applying for an extension, this includes if you are switching to a partner visa from another type.
"First extension as a partner (following an initial period of entry as a partner, or as a fiancé(e) or proposed civil partner of a settled person)"
It appears you have applied correctly as FLR(M).
Some applications simply take longer, often up to 6 months for standard service.
