FLR(FP) Application time

When I made my application it was a British child and no partner
but now we are together and living together so I don’t know whether to update that to home office or just overlook it

I was in the same situation as you.I applied parent route in September but when we patched things up after separation my solicitor said l should inform the HO cause if they realise on there own it won't be good 4 me.So l had to get some evidence to back me up like letter from GP,health visitor and current letters to the adress l am in currently plus letter from hubby to explain everything.
We have been married for 2 n half years so l was told to also add letters to show l was in that adress before l moved out and any bills that am included e.g. council bill plus l had water bill though currently am not working though.
In the end l had to vary my application so filled in the form but not everything only the bits that show partner given that my application is already with HO.

Isn’t too long wait 3 year.i can wait another 4 month that’s all.fullfill 18 month that’s it .fight on..

I read how people have waited for so long and it kills my heart.
Yesterday l rang HO to ask my progress of application.They asked me whenl I applied l told them September av waited 4 n a half months .
The lady l was talking to told me they aim to work on such applications within 6 months so am within the ranges.
It's strange how they tell you one thing and then do it differently. Guess we just have to wait even though it's stressful.

Can't seem to edit my original reply: I just realised partner route does define and dictate the requirement for 2 years cohabitation akin to Married couple, this may pose a problem, probably best to get some advice before proceeding with this - other than that I'm really glad that you have patched things up

I don’t really have requirements to meet with partner route
Cuz wv haven’t been together for upto 2 years and no joint account or joint anything whatsoever
And they tend to refuse partner routes that doesn’t meet the criteria’s
I only informed them that my daughter lives with Emem and I never mentioned anything about my woman

It's really difficult for him as he is a very skilled worker. Financially we are fine as I work.. but .. no work for a man is always diffcult isnt it.

Before u start JR i think u need to give them some sort of warning may be PAP I don’t know exactly.i m waiting complete my 18 month.i m running 14 month.

got divorce and applied for FLR(FP) on child bases who is now 4 years old.
Application date : 24th October 2016 (by post)
Biometric at post office : january 2017
No update since then
my solicitors wrote chase up letter on 28th december 2017 been nearly 2 momths and still no response!
Anyone else have been waiting like this?

Her time line is : applied 12th april 2017FLRfp then recive acoknoldgement with bio metric letter within a manth then after long waitting of 10 manths ...16th feb 2018 decision made to grant live for 30manths. This her 2nd extantion of flrfp. Long waitting game is over...best wishes for all da people waitting for results...

Applied flr fp on 12 april 2017 and got visa confirmation on 16/02/2018
