Please does anyone has any idea if contacting a local mp for flrfp application which is going to 7 months with British child and husband can help.My solicitor says l should wait till April to finish 7 months because HO wont reply him.

All my thought for you.
Waiting is a mental torture. Destroying the life. Life is in just hold.

I am strong though at times u feel like really giving up. Am so patient it's my husband who isn't. He says He is tired of paying for everything alone. He calls me a free loader just cz l can't help in bills cz am not working. Even trying to explain to him this type of applications takes long it's all futile all he wants is me to pay bills

All people in the board have said it all . You have come a long way . 7month is not a joke,I believe you can’t wait for that 7 month again. I believe your issue will be escalated because every conversation you had with them was recorded. I know the pains-despite being a guy I almost lost my senses then not to talk of you woman with child.
Try to stroll out in the morning ,don’t sit all to yourself or him too much. Take your baby out and see different nature. By the time you come back ,time ticks . It will come to a time when you won’t have much thinking about it. Soonest your positive response is on the way.
Since you have called them yesterday, don’t put pressure on them. Give them time. Be strong,I believe you can do it since you have done it 7months. Try to free ur self, you are not a SLAVE. Remember always to pray and be joyful. I am also waiting to hear your testimony. God bless you

Thank you so much.lts true what they say problem shared is half solved. I will give them a week and call them again.in the meantime I will be going out for a stroll to pass time given that he is always in the house most of the time for he doesnt like working hence picking on me cz he is stressed with money issues.l will stroll come back and just sleep given that we live in same house but sleep in separate rooms.l will just try strolling out and when l come back l will keep upstairs in my room with my son to avoid problems.
I will pray and cast my burdens onto God for he truelly knows us in and out.
Once again thanks Olumba for your words of encouragement. Atleast in these forum one find someone to talk to when all friends dessert you and you feel like the world is against you.

Hello there I feel for you and all you facing, I read posts on here and it’s helpful to hear stories and views for different sources,

Being in the same boat or having been before in a situation where some one literally is paying for your well being with little mention of the burden they carry to provide your upkeep your partner sounds like a self centred person, wot does he expect you to do besides wait, steal? commit an offence of working illegally?

Yh it’s flastrating to be the main bread earner especially if you other half is unemployed,
Woo pie do does his hard done by,

wot would he do if he hard to move mountains? like really life changing scenarios-like life long care of a poorly relative but no his feels doing his manly bit of looking after you while down is tough love,
one has to sympathise that it’s not out of choice that you are in this situation, but a victim of a flastrating system and since you together you are meant to support each other through this tough testing moment of your relationship to have each other’s backs to succeed together,

he needs to grown up if women can do it he should be ashamed as a man to claim his hardship of footing the bills on his own with out your help not cause you can but cause you littarly can’t, at a time wen you actually needs his support and all his doing is morning and making you feel worse than you already feel,

am sorry but he his being and idiot, selfish selfcentered and unfair it’s like asking some one in a wheel chair to stand up and run,

find a way to resolve the issues with him buying your time till this is sorted yh like spacing out going for walks and that and hold on it won’t be for long now see it as a blessing in disguise you are where you are for a reason nothing in your life is a mistake hang in there be the yes person till all is well it won’t be long.

Thanks Izo
Your description about him is exactly him.He says it's not his fault l don't hv a visa and he isn't bothered. I know one day he will come begging and l hv all the recordings of all his arguments and he doesn't know l do record him.Even him beating me in front of my son n my son wiping my tears .when l will play all this recordings he won't believe it. He is lucky last time l told the police the tip they got of domestic violence is false but this time l have evidence of it.l am just lucky that l still hv a room to sleep at night with my son.
I will just be living the house and staying out 4 long and coming back straight to my room just to pass time and spare myself the frustration in front of my baby.
I know the God we serve has a reason for everything.
Thanks Izo for your envouragement.

Omg really that sounds so bad no human deserves to be treated in such a way, that said there other ways you can seek help and if your application is on the basis of staying with him the govement provide legal avenues to protect women in your situation in order for you to apply and remain as a victim of domestic violence.

https://www.gov.uk/government/publicati ... form-setdv

On this web site you will find help on how you can lleaglise your status with out depending on him you don’t have to put up to violence stand up to it before it’s to late you will and take your time in finding some one who will truly appreciate you for who you are not put u down.

I just received my BRP card and it was dated 23rd of March 2018 apparently the case worker made a decision that same day.
Thanks to everyone and I know its really hard saying this but you all should not lose hope. Always trust in God and don't give up. You will surely get your result.

I have seen members in this group who have had difficulty proving DV and they get refusal given that they can't produce conducive evidences so that's why l just opted to persevere.
I know Olumba told me to give HO time given that l called them yesterday but to be sincere everyday to me is a struggle. So today morning l got up and sent an email to my MP and just explained myself without hiding anything. Then l called HO afterwards and told them l really need help and l just told them everything the person l was talking with was trying to advice me to go through the Domestic violence route or seek accommodation l just told her l just need my case escalated for now cause l don't want to start another long route. She said from the system it shows my case was escalated yesterday.

Then at 12pm l got a call from an assistant to the mp saying the mp is in parliament he asked me everything l told him and he said if l want they can helpme sort out accommodation.l told him that's a big move l would like 1st for my case to be escalated cz maybe that way my husband will respect me when l hv my status. In the end he just said it's shocking what my husband is putting m through but he will do as l instructed them.
Then in the evening l got an email from the mp saying they hv contacted the HO to expedite my case and she will contact me once she hears from HO.
So now all l can do is just wait and spend most of the time outside the house for purposes of peace as time ticks.
Thanks to everyone who shared there advice to me regarding my plight.l know almost everyone here have there own issues and struggles and that's why am greatful for all your time.

They took me to IRC HEATHROW. My solicitor submit judicial review and submit bail application to upper tribunal. My solicitor revived my bio matric and acknowledgement letter on 23/03/2018. But home office released my on my bail without court hearing and told me you have to go for screening interview.i had really bad time I went through it.but my case is genuine I am legally married on the permission of home office to my English wife which all her family went through with me and disgusted on this act of the home office they ruin my all family life gave it to us deep stressed which I am really now mentally disturb.my head is still very bad. But never missed any reporting even didn’t done any things fake in my case.and they still done to me that.my application refused on their silly reasons stated which I am not married and your English partner and you should continuous your life in Pakistan.i am hopping for the best I am sure I will get justice from upper tribunal in my judicial review and allah will help me.i am mentally really disturb don’t know what to do all money and business game paid to solicitors and them.they didn’t give me right of appeal.they said circumstances is not changed which is clearly changed first application was unmarried partner and now married partner.i think if their is any higher people and courts on the top of the. They should check these people they are all playing with people life.they giving visas to those who done shame marriages but to in genuine cases they will give you more trouble. Don’t know he these things willl sort it I am nearly giving up. I was reporting on 20th March 2018 they give me my refusal letter and detained me.i was told my the officer your flight is booked tonight to Pakistan.we are sending you now back.i contacted my wife she was waiting for me outside of Croydon home office they didn’t let me to see her and only let me to make three phone calls.i contact my solicitor and it was 4pm he said look at the time we can’t do any thing now but I was advised to claim asylum it might cancel your flight and which is I did. But never missed any reporting even didn’t done any things bad quality in my case.and they still done to me that.my application refused on their silly reasons stated which I am not married and your English partner and you should continuous your life in Pakistan.i am hopping for the best I am sure I will get justice from upper tribunal in my judicial review and allah will help me.i am mentally really disturb don’t know what to do all money and business game paid to solicitors and them.they didn’t give me right of appeal.they said circumstances is not changed which is clearly changed first application was unmarried partner and now married partner.i think if their is any higher people and courts on the top of the. They should check these people they are all playing with people life.they giving visas to those who done shame marriages but to in genuine cases they will give you more trouble. Don’t know he these things willl sort it I am nearly giving up. I am ruin inside.my dog was waiting for me when I came home my god cried he was really upset.but I am looking for the answer how and why they detained me. They interviewed me there and asked you know why are you here I just told the.
