Time line Non-EU EEA PR??

Could anyone direct me to the timeline for non EEA PR, as the one i have read seems to be for EU national.

i am getting ready to apply as a non-Eu and would like to follow up on this please.

the application form for eea and non eea .. the processing time for eea national 1-2 months for non eaa 5-6 months
