Thanks CROO1 and Casa for clarifications.
We would book same day application with HO ASAP in advance 42 days within the 28 days before she clocks 10 years by March 23rd.

I'm confused. In some posts your mention your wife will reach her 10 year qualifying date in May and in others you mention April. Which date is correct? :?

Please don't send me PMs asking for immigration advice on posts that are on the open forum. If I haven't responded there, it's because I don't have the answer. I'm a moderator, not a legal professional.

28days before is April 6th and 42 days to book online appointment same day application advance for May 3rd is by March 23rd.
Am I right Casa?.

You can book the appointment as soon as a slot becomes available on the UKVI system.

However you can't attend the appointment to submit the application at the PSC until 28 days before the date your wife qualifies for 10 year long residence.

In other words, you can book an appointment to attend the PSC which must be no earlier than 6th April.

My wife got her indefinite leave to remain today after appearing at the Liverpool home office today 13/04/17.
Very straightforward approval.
No questions asked.
Got in 9am, biometrics 9.15am, approval 10.20am.
Thanks moderators for your advice, CROO1 and Casa.
God bless you all.
