These applications can take many months.

Why didn't you apply in person?

Suggest if you want to continue a trouble and stress free immigration journey, stop listening to 'friends'. Not all immigration experts are 'experts' and often get the simplest of applications horribly wrong.

I gave you the correct advice and para and page number of the guidance notes in July last year regarding in person applications. Always follow what the official HO guides say.

I believe the solicitor may have been referring to first time application for FLR (FP).

My first time solicitor referring postal application for extension.
He told me flr(fp) extension application not allow premium services. He said if someone grant outside immigration rules not allow premium service for extension.
