ILR application - continuing employee Vs. New employee

Post by marcnath » Wed Mar 08, 2017 12:09 pm

Hi,

The guidance states that, to get points for employment, either the two employment previously reported should have continued for 12 months OR 2 New jobs should have been created for 12 months.

How about one job that continued and one that is new. Logically that should still meet the objective of having provided two employees for 12 months each but the guidance seems to be 2 continuation OR 2 new jobs.

Anyone who has got it approved with one new and one continued ?

Appreciate your feedback

Marc
