Guidance for parents visa to UK

Hello there,

Just need some information regards inviting parents Visa.

I want to invite my parents but my Mom is a house wife and my father is a retired person.
They have some properties but as far as bank statement is concern, its not carrying any heavy amount transactions. I have quite enough funds, as sponsor from UK and can easily provide to show.

Would it be alright just to show my bank statement as sponsor or still my parents need to show their bank statement too with decent amount in there?

The applicant must submit evidence of their social, financial and personal ties/circumstances in their home country. The applicant must convince the ECO that they are genuine visitors and will leave the UK.

They are planning for a month or so & they never have been here before. They have social, and financial ties in term of properties but do not have huge savings in bank.

Would only my sponsorship letter and bank statement will satisfy?

If they do not submit evidence of their financial/income circumstances, unlikely they will get a visa.

HO is increasingly refusing visit visas due to ridiculous abuse of the visa in the past.
