Tier2 ICT extension rule changes

My husband is on Tier 2 ICT visa which is due to expire on 30.4 17(after completeion of 5 years).We plan to extend this for a further 4 years basis the proposed reduction of high earner threshold from 155k go 120k .We learnt this is supposed to be rolled out with effect from early April'17.Due to the timing,this is cutting too close for us.Can anyone help with any information/status regarding the above change?thanks in advance
