Yes you can definitely do that. In my own opinion it's even the best thing to do.

Just reapply and make sure you focus more on the reasons of your refusal and provide enough document to counter those reasons

Good luck

You don't need to. Appeal might take up to a year if you go that route. People have done it on this forum while they reapplied and lodged an appeal at the same time. If you read this thread from the beginning you would have come across different cases that might help your situation. I learned a lot reading about different situations, different reasons for rejection and how people came about success with their visa application. This really enlightened me as regards what to submit in order for my application to be successful. Anyway anything I've said here as regards your situation is just my own opinion.

Good luck

Thanks for you reply i really appreciate it
Actually right now i am confused as my solicitor who lodged my appeal told me that it is not possible to make a new application while appeal is pending Pls i don't find any official information about it at gov.uk
And i also read timelines of some people who reapply and appeal at same time and got their visas But i don't find any official document that supports this .

Hello Everyone,
I am also going though this waiting game, trying to figure out when the timeline actually starts. Here are my dates so far.
18th July 2019 Bio and docs submitted
18th July 2019 Received the email from TLS "Your visa application has been sent to the Decision Making Centre for processing".
19th July 2019 tracking on TLS shows Application Received By DMC
22nd July 2019 Email received from UK Decision Making Centre in Sheffield " Your online application has been received at the UK Decision Making Centre. Your application is currently being prepared for consideration by an Entry Clearance Officer" .

All i wanted to know is do the 14 days start to count from the application submitted date or from the UK Decision Making Centre in Sheffield e-mail? I did call the call center to ask and that was a huge waste of time they just told me to wait or go look at the website:(

Anyone know the answer or have experience here?

I submitted an EEA Family Permit application on 5/20 to New York VFS. Biometrics appointment was on 6/6 and the passport arrived on 6/14. Up until now, I still do not hear anything back. I have escalated twice.

This morning I was told by the Consulate that the application is being considered under settlement scheme in Sheffield. We are living in the US and have no intention of settling in the UK. Is it abnormal? Is there anyway I can get my visa and passport sooner? I am getting anxious as our flight is approaching.

Hi there,

Have you heard anything or received your visa back yet?
I applied for my daughter on the 19th of July from Joburg and we're still waiting!

IS it 15 working days from the Sheffield email or from Biometrics appointment?
