Hello Simrankurasinski_simran wrote: ↑Tue Oct 10, 2017 9:18 amHi All,
Im from New Delhi, India - Applied on 9th May 2017 - still awaiting a decision. Anyone in the same situation from the same city? Does escalation really help? I have requested for one today. How long does it take for them to respond?
Thanks
Simran
What an idiot you are!Mihai wrote: ↑Tue Oct 10, 2017 3:47 amDear applicant,
Regarding Visa Application: GWF04*****
For MICHELLE R******
Thank you for your enquiry
As we have previously advised, the processing of this application has not been straightforward. We are continuing to work on the application and will make a decision as soon as we are able to. We cannot give a time scale for when a decision will be made, however I have escalated this to the appropriate Entry Clearance team so that it can be progressed as quickly as possible.
If you have any further enquiries, please visit our website at www.GOV.UK
Kind Regards

Guess this was the answer after 20 days of the second escalation .... Tomorrow will be 120 working days . Was easier probably to get my wife as a refugee in the country . Hate this stupid country ,xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

kurasinski_simran wrote: ↑Tue Oct 10, 2017 9:38 amHello Irfan,
Thank you for the information above. I am sorry to hear about your situation. Its honestly ridiculous to make someone wait this long for an answer. I will complete 120 days in the first week of november. Looking from what you said, 120 days dosent really matter so im not expecting much :/
All the best.
Thanks again

Hello every bodyMihai wrote: ↑Tue Oct 10, 2017 2:09 pmSorry for my comment from earlier, i was just so upset...
Now for your question i have the answer. In fact i know how you can contact all bbc reporters with one e-mail. They give it to me since i use to send news and editorial pictures to them. But i guess many people have to write them to consider this as a news. Anyway good luck guys. This is the e-mail to contact all team of journalists from BBC. :

70th day today, still waiting. To answer your question - no, no confirmation of escalation if you escalate by phone. However, they must give you a case number. Otherwise it means your case hasn't been escalated (I faced this situation once). In case you ask for escalation by email, you automatically get a confirmation email with the case number.calija777 wrote: ↑Thu Oct 05, 2017 10:29 amHi everyone,
My wife applied in Kiev on the 14th of August.
I have escalated application 2 times:
- on the 5th of September (after 15 working days);
- on the 3rd of October (after 20 working days from previous escalation).
All escalations I did via telephone calls. Never received any emails after.
Dear nufchavq, what is your situation and did you receive any emails?
I am wondering if they saved wrong email address.
