Skill Assessment with Engineers Australia for IT professiona

Hi, I am a Software test engineer with a degree in mechanical engineering and about 2.5 years work experience in software testing. Can i do my skill accessment for my Mechanical Engineering degree with Engineers Australia and then use my testing experience for my Nominated Occupation? Can i apply for PR under skilled labour under this category?
