I am on enterprenuier tier 1£200K cat visa,Does Director salary and Divident deduct from Investment ?

Second question does Distionary leave application you stay legal and normally how long could take for decsion?

On what basis do you believe you qualify for discretionary leave to remain or leave outside the rules? It is not a 'magic ticket' visa.

I don't believe there is -clear- guidance on ability to take the additional salary or not, but logic dictates not other wise you could invest £200K and take it all back as salary. you can take from profits or additional investment beyond £200k
