Visa extension for dependant after main applicant ILR

Hi,

My case is quiet similar to the above

I cam to uk to Tier 4 student visa in sep 2011, then I was on a Tier 2 General (applied in Mar 2013 for my self) visa when my wife entered UK in feb 2014 under Tier 2 General Dependant visa, which we both extended in april 2015 for her based on my visa validity untill april 2018. Now I will be eligible for my ILR in April 2018 after completion of 5 years stay in UK. And my wife is eligible for ILR in April 2019, as by then she would have completed her 5 years in UK.
My wife's current visa as a Tier 2 general PBS dependant will expire in Apr 2018 and we need to go for an extension . Therefore I have following questions

1. On which site should we submit an application for her extension? T
2. Under which category does her extension come under? I cannot find Tier 2 general dependant option.
3. Can I apply for 2 years as thats the minimum tenure to apply under tier 2 dependant or does it have to be 1 year only (as she would complete 5 years)by this time thus will be eligible for ILR?
4. Also Does she need to sit for SELT language test even when she has done her degree in english from an indian university?

Tier 2 dependent which is an online form only.

She will get an extension for 3 years. You cannot apply for less time.

4. Also Does she need to sit for SELT language test even when she has done her degree in english from an indian university?

Not for Tier 2 Dependent extension.
