I have two British citizens children aged 8 and 12 month, my partner is British am a Zambian national holding a Zambrano visa which is less than a year .
My family and I would like to travel to Spain do I still need to apply for a visa for a family holiday?

technically you could get it at the border, but most likely the airlines wont let you board the plane to the border crossing. anyway being a partner you need to prove that your partnership is regarded as marriage but in the host member states law or be able to prove durable relationship which is proved easily if you have children. expect delay if you could somehow get to the border crossing.I would suggest apply for a schengen visa in front.
