Tier 2 General Visa PBS application form filling

Hi,
I am filing my Tier 2 General visa from India. I am finding issue while filling form under Points claimed section
Under below mentioned field i have blank space in which i can fill some value, but i am not sure what to fill in the space.

Certificate of Sponsorship (shortage occupation)___________________No my job is not on shortage occupation
Certificate of Sponsorship (resident labour market test)_____________I have got a CoS & resident labour Mkt test is done
Certificate of Sponsorship (job offer with salary of £155,300 or more)______No i am not paid this much
Appropriate Salary__________________________________________________My salary is £37000
English language____________________________________________________I have got NARIC C1 Level
Maintenance_______________________________________I have funds more than £2000 for last 3 months.
No one is dependent on me.
Total_____________________I am not sure what to fill in above blank space &total required.
