The OP claimed that he applied with several other people via super premium service. I am not sure if all of them were Tier 1E applicants.
I think if he was on his own, the premium service would have rejected to process it. My guess is that they accepted it without knowing and then ran with it anyway as they took the money. Again, this is simply my opinion. I personally enquired the super premium team and their response was negative :!:

There doesn't seem to be much info on the Super Premium Service here on the forum - so here is my experience of using it.

In 2012 we made our initial Tier 1 Entrepreneur application using the Super Premium Service.
We were using a law firm in London and they split the Super Premium fee between us (my wife & I) and some other clients they had. At the time I think it was £6500 - but our share was about £1500 (I can't recall exactly)

It worked well for us and got us out of a jam as it sped up our application.
We never saw the other clients so I do not know what category of visa they were applying for.
From memory we received the BRP cards in the post about 1 week after the appointment.

We had previously withdrawn a Tier 1 General extension application and were now overstayers in the UK. However, as we received the new visa within 28 days of the Tier 1 General application being withdrawn we have no adverse immigration history. But god it was stressful!

Our lawyers had already sent our application the previous day to the HO so at the Super Premium interview they just took fingerprints and photos. We were there about 20 minutes.

T1E should be a pampering visa service and should definitely have premium/super premium and as you said, it used to be (this thread is a one off that slipped through the system it seems). But since then T1E is being super abused (we see it all the time on this forum 'I hired two people for exactly one year but missed a day because of 28 day Februrary, what do I do?, I am missing 12 hours!) and they go into minutia and cancelled the service

congrats to the OP.

This goes onto show how pathetic HO is..give them money, they will do anything for you..and even bend their own rules....

super premium is a pain if you do not go though solicitors as I found out the guy responsible for their email handle is clueless with immigration rules...

The ability to use and apply via super premium service is not part of immigration rules or the law. It is simply if HO accepts to process a case via that service avenue.

To conclude: All advice from GOV.UK website as well as the response from super premium team points to the fact that the super premium service is NOT available to Tier 1E applicants.
If you have any definite evidence that proves the contrary, you are more than welcome to start a thread and sharing such evidence with us all.
