Help regarding declaration section on online form.

Hi.

I would be very grateful if someone could answer my question please.

I am about to head out to the post office to mail my documents.

I just wanted to be sure I got the declarations part right.

Part 2 and 3 of the declaration mention "consent from Home Office to verify third party information and from third party sponsor". I want to make sure that third party means someone other than my husband right?

the confusing part is that in part 3, the declaration goes on to say " if the information or declaration relates to another person who is to provide the applicant with financial support, that person should sign the following declaration". - I am confused, my husband is the one who supports me financially, however, he isn't third party?
