Thats Great. Good Luck mate. Thanks for your kind reply. Did you applied with investment amount held in account for 90 days or by investing amout into a UK business.

Is there anything that you can share, that might help. Like questions asked in the interview and also checklist of documents you submitted for your application.

Thanks Irfan. The forum is full of those interview questions and the documents. I am sure you can find easily.

The best advice I got related to investment funds is to keep them in your own name for 90 days before making an application. This would give HO one less reason to reject your application. Though the guideline allow 3rd party funding etc. but considering how strictly the Tier 1 Entrepreneur applications are being screened, I would suggest to keep funds in your own name for 90 days (off course it isn't a must & is completely circumstantial but could be helpful).

Dear snt,

Yes mate, I have found lots of threads in the forums with interview questions.
With regards to investment amount, I am actually investing 200k into a UK based company and buying theiir shares on equity basis. I will be applying on the basis of investment within last 12 month.

I have rest of the requirements fulfilled like maintenance funds, Ielts General 7.5 band and I am well prepared for the interview if in case they call one.

I also have 8 years of previous UK stay history with no issue of over stay, deportation or any thing else like benefits, etc... Hoping it will be a positive impact.

good luck! just keep in mind they do interview sometimes on the day of application submission itself hence go prepared. at least they interviewed me the same day when I applied last year.

Interviewed same day of application? Hearing this for the first time mate, could you tell me where did you apply (country)?

Wow interview on the same day is quiet shocking but thanks for letting me know. I will be well prepared in advance. Was the interview face to face or Skype based?

Thanks
