documents for UK tier 2 visa

Hello everyone
I have some questions about the documents necessary for UK tier 2 visa.
1. Is the degree certificate and the transcript necessary for the application? I know that the official documents list does not include the degree. But we are required to provide all the useful support documents.
2. In my home country, the tuberculosis test is mandatory. However I have been in an European country, where the test is not needed, for many years, although I have travelled back to my home country and stayed there for less than one month each year. In this case, should I pass the tuberculosis test? If not, what documents should I provide to prove I have been in this European country for more than 6 months?
