Cancelling courier service with TLS

Hi,

My girlfriend applied for a marriage visitor visa in Rome, and paid for courier service to deliver the document to our hotel in Venice. As the visa application took longer than we expected, we are no longer at the hotel.

Is there any way to contact TLS and cancel the courier service so she can pick it up in Rome? We have just received notification that a decision has been made. Could she go to the TLS centre in Rome to speak to them directly/ collect it?
