HELP!Question about EEA(PR) online application form!!!!

I am an EEA citizen and living in UK for 7 years now! I am filling the EEA(PR) online application form and adding my 6 year old daughter to my application! But i have few questions:

1. The last section of the application form asks :" Have you ever received any money from the UK government or local council?" I did receive a child tax credit few years back but for the last 4 years I haven`t claimed any benefits! So when I click that I have received money from government the next question is:" Please tick the relevant boxes below which benefits you receive?" So this got me confused as I don`t receive anything! So how do I answer this question?

2. I have to prove that my child has been living in UK during the relevant period! Can my daughter`s saving accounts bank statements be a proof? The saving account is on her name and we have been saving for the last 5 years!

3. My daughter was born in UK so can her personal health record book (red book) be a proof as well?
